I love books ever since I was a toddler. My mother told me I preferred reading books than playing with my toys. But now things have changed slightly because of innovation and technology. Now I seldom hold real books made of paper for I now use ebook readers to read my preferred materials. With just my laptop or iPad, I can conveniently read the books I love. No need to bring them along anywhere for I can read “books”, anytime and anywhere I want.

My cousins have discovered a new hobby and they wanted me to try and join them. My favorite cousin is now an avid fan of hiking, mountain climbing and other outdoor activities. But I, being a home buddy, am hesitant to join her. I am afraid I might get injured along the way or be dead tired after the activity. But I had no choice because she used her undying convincing powers. In fact, she even made me buy hiking backpacks for the outdoors. Well, I admit that I am a bit excited despite there is fear in me. I just wish I’d be able to enjoy this weekend’s getaway!

This coming September, my son will go to school for the first time and both of us are already excited about it. However, as a parent, I also got my fears in me because it is the first time that he will stay for hours in a different place without me aside from home. With this, I made sure I choose the best school for him – a place where he can learn and play with other kids safely. I even checked if the school has commercial playground equipment and not just an ordinary playground. My son is really active and without such facility, his safety could be at risk and I do not want anything bad to happen. Just a few more weeks and we’re on. I think he is ready.. And I should be too..

Pink is hot and pink is true woman’s color. Although there are other colors that a woman may like, pink certainly has a special place in a woman’s heart.
